Green dragons aren't the best wildly task, but they aren't bad either. They are easy to get to, give lots of bones, and easy to telly out of. This task is not suggested unless you just want them bones. It takes a long time and doesn't seem to give emblems as heavily.
Safespots are well noted behind the rocks. The place is busy, and heavily botted. Fairly pked.
If you get teleblocked your best bet is to run south. If for some reason you can't you could try the teleport obelisk or try to get the pkers to get teleported around running past the chaos temple to try to gain some gap and log out.
